About the Role

Clear Engineering Consultants is seeking a Fit Out Architect to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves managing fit-out and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Job Purpose

The Fit Out Architect is responsible for overseeing all aspects of fit-out and construction projects. This includes ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within the allocated budget, and in full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and established quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily fit-out and construction activities on site.
Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and technical submissions for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor finishing works to ensure they meet approved quality standards.
Manage variations, claims, delays, and mitigate project risks.
Conduct thorough inspections, snagging, and facilitate project handover.
Prepare comprehensive progress and management reports.
Lead project meetings and resolve site-specific and technical issues.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this role should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in fit-out and construction project management. A strong understanding of project planning, execution, and quality control is essential.
