W Hotels is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The primary objective is to ensure every guest's stay is memorable and unique, moving beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures.

Role Purpose and Approach

The Guest Experience Expert takes initiative to guide guests through their entire stay, providing a comprehensive range of services. This role empowers individuals to operate within their designated space, making independent decisions to address guest needs and ensure all necessary tasks are completed efficiently. The focus is on integrating all interactions into a cohesive and positive overall guest experience.

Core Responsibilities

Processing operational needs efficiently.
Addressing and resolving guest requests promptly.
Completing required reports accurately.
Sharing highlights and recommendations regarding the local area.
Ensuring all transactions contribute positively to the overall guest experience.

Professional Standards and Conduct

Physical Requirements

This role requires a hands-on approach and involves significant physical activity. Candidates must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. The ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance is also required.
