About the Role

Pink Camel Recruitment is seeking a Head of Investment Banking (CME & CME) to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a professional with strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities to manage investment solutions and drive business growth within the investment banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop financial modeling.
• Manage the full process of Parallel Market IPO and Tadawul.
• Supervise financial due diligence tasks.
• Prepare feasibility study reports and financial models.
• Prepare evaluation reports.
• Handle the full process of private placements.
• Manage the full process of investment opportunities, including Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in investment banking. The role demands a professional capable of navigating complex financial markets and regulatory frameworks.

Compensation

The salary for this position ranges from 30,000 to 45,000 SAR per month.
