About the Role

Mandarin Oriental is seeking a Health Club Receptionist to join the team at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh. This full-time position is based within the Health Club Department in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience. The Health Club Receptionist is responsible for managing guest interactions, bookings, and sales within the Health Club.

Key Responsibilities

Book all Health Club treatments and explain services to guests.
Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions, including retail sales.
Check in and check out all guests in a professional manner.
Understand and comply with all corporate and hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Adhere to the MOHG Code of Conduct, ensuring all business activities align with general law, rules, regulations, and other requirements.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as instructed by the Health Club Operation Supervisor/Manager.
Maintain a clean, neat, and hygienic work area at all times.
Provide a warm, friendly welcome to all guests upon arrival, including property tours for new guests and "re-orientations" for returning guests.
Maintain courtesy towards guests and other staff members at all times.
Assist in ensuring a smooth guest journey throughout the day.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Knowledge of current Health Club industry trends.
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and colleagues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of holistic concepts related to guest well-being in a spa environment.

Work Environment

This role is based at the Mandarin Oriental Al Faisaliah Riyadh, within the Health Club Department. The position operates in a dynamic hospitality environment focused on guest service and well-being.
