Role Overview

As a Guest Environment Expert, this role extends beyond routine cleaning tasks. The individual will be proficient in various housekeeping functions and empowered to proactively manage their space to create a consistently excellent guest environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fulfill guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain and stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas according to established standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment for all guests and staff.
• Adhere to all company policies and operational procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding guest information and hotel operations.
• Uphold and consistently deliver the hotel's quality standards.
• Present a professional appearance, wear the prescribed uniform, and communicate effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Physical Requirements
