About the HRIS Intern Role

Ninja 🥷🏽 نينجا is seeking a motivated HRIS Intern to join its Human Resources team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time internship offers hands-on experience in HR systems, employee data management, reporting, and HR process support. The role is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are eager to support the administration, maintenance, and improvement of HR information systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in maintaining and updating employee data within HRIS systems.
• Assist with data entry, validation, and reporting tasks.
• Address HRIS-related requests and troubleshoot basic system issues.
• Support the generation of HR reports and the analysis of HR data.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and the implementation of HRIS processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Assist in documenting HRIS procedures and processes.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve HRIS-related issues effectively.

Required Qualifications and Experience
