About the Role

OVEEQ TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced IT Engineer / Systems & Network Engineer to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions. The successful candidate will be capable of managing projects independently from initial site survey and solution design through to implementation, troubleshooting, documentation, and handover. The role also includes providing technical and pre-sales support to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct customer site surveys and technical assessments.
• Design IT infrastructure solutions and prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Provide technical and pre-sales support for customer requirements and RFQs.
• Install and configure servers, storage, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Configure VLANs, routing, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and related network services.
• Deploy and support Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Implement virtualization, backup, and disaster-recovery solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex network, server, security, and infrastructure issues.
• Perform migrations, upgrades, and new infrastructure deployments.
• Provide L2/L3 technical support.
• Supervise and guide technicians during installations.
• Test, document, and hand over completed projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and distributors for technical requirements and support.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on systems and networking experience.
• Previous experience with a system integrator or IT solution provider is preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Ability to independently conduct site surveys and implementations.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Fortinet, Microsoft, or Aruba are advantageous.
• Good English communication skills are required, with Arabic highly preferred.
• A Saudi driving license is preferred.
• A transferable Iqama is preferred.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, offering a salary of SAR 5,000 per month (all-inclusive). The role requires flexibility for occasional after-hours project or support work.
