The Role: Key Account Manager OEM

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is seeking a Key Account Manager OEM to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to managing and developing long-term relationships with key OEM and Panel Builder customers. The manager will serve as the primary point of contact for both commercial and technical inquiries, driving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with key OEM and Panel Builder customers.
• Act as the primary point of contact for commercial and technical inquiries.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecasts, and account growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure effective follow-up and service.
• Prepare regular sales and account performance reports.
• Represent MEMF in customer meetings, presentations, industry events, and project discussions.

Products and Solutions Portfolio

The Key Account Manager OEM will be responsible for promoting and managing MEMF’s diverse product range, which includes:

• Smart energy meters
• Circuit breakers (MCB / MCCB / ACB)
• LV & MV instrument transformers
• LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)
• Distribution & power transformers (up to 10 MVA)
• FRP meter boxes & feeder pillars

Required Experience

Candidates for the Key Account Manager OEM position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in key account management, ideally within the electrical products or industrial manufacturing sectors.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires active engagement with customers and collaboration with various internal departments, including Sales, Engineering, Production, and Operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
