Role Overview

Stranger Soccer is seeking a License Owner / Operator to establish and manage its local football operations in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for an entrepreneurial individual who will build and grow the local presence of Stranger Soccer, leveraging the company's established technology and global expertise. The role involves developing a local football community and ensuring consistent game experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Growing the local player community in Riyadh.
• Securing football venues and establishing local partnerships.
• Recruiting and managing Official Hosts for games.
• Leading marketing and community-building initiatives.
• Delivering consistent and high-quality game experiences for players.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience.
• A strong passion for football combined with local market insight.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and ability to take ownership.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build relationships and foster community growth.

Operational Support

The License Owner / Operator will function with operational independence while receiving ongoing support, technology, and guidance from Stranger Soccer's headquarters in Singapore. This structure is designed to facilitate local growth backed by an established international framework.
