Logistics Administrator Trainee Role

Parsons is seeking a Logistics Administrator Trainee to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Saudi Nationals and requires 0-1 years of experience. The role involves supporting the Logistics Department with daily administrative and coordination activities, providing practical experience in project logistics and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with logistics coordination, including deliveries, shipments, and transportation activities.
• Maintain logistics records, reports, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, transporters, and internal teams.
• Track deliveries and follow up on pending or delayed shipments.
• Support data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office and company systems.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other logistics and administrative duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Must be a Saudi National.

Work Environment
