About the Services Team

The Services team for the Asia, Middle East, and Africa region provides professional on-site support and managed services to customers. This team delivers world-class, end-to-end solutions tailored to each customer's unique environment, primarily within the public safety government sector and the energy & natural resources industry. Solutions include various voice (including radio) communications, data, and video technologies.

Managed Services Engineering Internship

This internship offers hands-on experience within the International Services team, assisting in the delivery of mission-critical IT and communication solutions. The role provides exposure to mission-critical software applications, AI, and automation utilized in command centers. This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.
• Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.
• Collaborate with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.
• Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.
• Learn to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
