Role Summary

The Manager - Security and Threat will lead the governance of security operations and threat management specifically across Qiddiya Workers Villages. This full-time role is critical for preventing, detecting, and responding to security threats through disciplined security governance and robust emergency preparedness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive security and threat management frameworks.
• Oversee daily access control, security patrols, and CCTV operations.
• Lead threat assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential risks.
• Coordinate intelligence gathering and threat alerts with relevant authorities.
• Investigate security incidents thoroughly and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure continuous compliance with all applicable Saudi security regulations.
• Maintain strict compliance with all required security training and licensing standards.

Key Deliverables and Performance Metrics

The successful candidate will be accountable for the following key deliverables and will be measured against specific performance metrics:

• Approved security and threat frameworks.
• Comprehensive threat risk registers and assessments.
• Detailed incident investigation reports.
• Robust emergency and crisis response plans.
• Regular security KPI dashboards and reports.
• Achieving target security incident rates and response times.
• Ensuring high threat assessment completion rates.

Authority and Decision-Making

The Manager - Security and Threat will have the authority to:

• Stop unsafe or non-compliant security practices immediately.
• Escalate credible threats to leadership and relevant authorities.
• Approve corrective security action plans.
