About the Role

Qiddiya is seeking a Marketing Business Partner with specific experience in the healthcare industry to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Marketing Business Partner supports various business units and service lines by translating their commercial and operational priorities into targeted marketing initiatives. This role is central to executing campaigns, driving customer acquisition and engagement, coordinating marketing efforts, and analyzing performance to enhance brand visibility and achieve business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with assigned business units and service lines to understand their priorities, target audiences, service offerings, and commercial objectives.
Translate business needs into comprehensive marketing plans, campaign briefs, content requirements, and activation calendars.
Support the development of annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business growth priorities.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, on-ground, and internal channels.
Coordinate campaign timelines, creative requirements, approvals, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
Collaborate with agencies, internal creative teams, media teams, and business stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery.
Analyze customer segments, behaviors, campaign performance, conversion rates, and engagement trends to provide actionable insights.
Monitor marketing-related outcomes such as leads, inquiries, bookings, membership uptake, and event participation.
Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend optimization actions based on customer feedback and market insights.
Support the development of content for various marketing materials, ensuring reflection of approved brand identity, tone of voice, and service positioning.
Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of specialized content (medical, sports, rehabilitation, performance, or wellness).
Act as a central coordination point between Marketing and assigned business units, managing communication with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Support marketing activations for sports events, community programs, medical screenings, wellness initiatives, and partner collaborations.

Key Performance Indicators

Delivery of marketing campaigns on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
Improvement in customer acquisition, lead generation, bookings, membership uptake, and engagement outcomes.
Increased campaign effectiveness through improved targeting, messaging, and optimization.
Maintenance of brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Provision of reliable campaign reporting and actionable insights.
Strengthened collaboration between Marketing and business/service line stakeholders.

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a marketing role, with a strong background in the healthcare industry. A comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and campaign management is essential for this position.
