Themar Foods & Catering is seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is integral to ensuring brand consistency and effective marketing execution across all company branches. We are looking for a professional with 0-1 years of experience who is ready to contribute to our marketing efforts.

Role Overview

The Marketing Coordinator serves as the primary field and supervisory representative for the Marketing Department across all company branches. This role is responsible for monitoring and ensuring compliance with brand standards, marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and the proper availability and display of all marketing materials. The coordinator also supports the execution of marketing initiatives, monitors product presentation, and addresses customer complaints related to promotions or unclear marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits across branches, both inside and outside Riyadh, following an approved visit plan that covers all existing and newly opened locations.
Prepare documented reports for each visited branch, detailing observations, photographs, identified shortages, and actions taken.
Verify proper brand presentation across all branch elements in alignment with approved brand guidelines.
Ensure all marketing materials are available at each branch and correctly displayed, coordinating the supply of shortages and following up on delivery.
Verify that branches utilize approved packaging and that it is presented optimally to customers.
Handle complaints arising from poor promotional execution, product presentation, or unclear marketing terms, resolving issues in the field where possible, and escalating them to the Marketing Department when necessary.
Attend branch-related operational meetings, represent the Marketing Department, communicate field observations, and follow up on decisions and agreed actions.
Review reports and observed issues with the Marketing Manager during designated office days, communicating required actions, needs, and recommendations.
Maintain commitment to working hours, remain reachable and responsive for urgent business matters, and follow up on pending items until closure.
Execute ad-hoc field marketing tasks arising from daily operations according to departmental priorities.

0-1 years of relevant professional experience.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to travel frequently between branches as required.

Work Environment and Commitment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring regular travel to branches both within and outside the city. The role demands a commitment to working hours, responsiveness to urgent business matters, and diligent follow-up on pending tasks to ensure operational continuity.
