Tahaluf is a joint venture between Informa PLC, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones (SAFCSP), and the Events Investment Fund (EIF). It operates as the largest B2B live and on-demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia. The company works with government and non-government organisations to deliver large-scale B2B and B2C events, including LEAP, Cityscape, Black Hat MEA, and CPHI Middle East.

Role Overview

Tahaluf is seeking a Marketing Manager (Arabic Speaker) for a 12-month contract position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves designing and implementing key aspects of the marketing strategy to achieve commercial objectives and revenue targets. The Marketing Manager will focus on brand delivery, customer segmentation, data analytics, campaign planning, and multi-channel optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the marketing strategy, including planning, implementation, and optimisation of inbound and outbound campaigns.
Drive online traffic, leads, and conversions to meet strategic KPIs, providing regular performance updates.
Analyse visitor and exhibitor digital behaviour using platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to optimise campaign performance.
Benchmark and set new KPI targets for digital marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with supporting agencies on the strategy and setup of paid campaigns.
Measure and optimise paid marketing using vendor dashboards, Google Analytics, and analytics reports.
Identify evolving SEO practices and work with internal and external teams to develop new digital campaigns.
Develop organic search growth strategies tailored to customer lifecycles and international market trends.
Collaborate with content marketing and blog contributors to create relevant content.
Manage and improve organic search engine performance based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.
Design and implement testing and optimisation strategies, including A/B testing, landing pages, and CTAs.

Leadership and Analysis

Work with line reports and the marketing team to ensure successful delivery of campaigns aligned with KPIs and strategy.
Line manage digital marketers to implement campaign strategies, providing guidance and feedback.
Monitor campaign performance through timely reports and recommend changes based on data insights.
Identify trends, optimise spend, and share insights with the wider marketing team and senior management.

Campaign Management and Execution

Plan marketing campaigns with the team to meet strategic objectives for visitor attendance and exhibitor acquisition.
Monitor operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines, including drop schedules, Gantt charts, and budget trackers.
Assist with the development of marketing budgets and ensure digital elements of budget trackers are updated.
Work with marketers to identify target audiences and key segments.
Assist in developing personas, value propositions, and messaging for key segments.
Ensure timely and relevant communications are sent through a full mix of optimised digital channels.
