This full-time position for a Marketplace/Retail Sr Coord is based in North Mathar Dist, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Marketplace/Retail Sr Coord is responsible for ensuring all short-term and long-term sales targets are met within the assigned area or location. This involves supervising sales routes, leading and developing sales teams, and driving sales productivity to achieve and exceed sales fundamentals and volume targets. The role also includes analyzing business performance, forecasting volume, and improving customer service and execution efficiency with stockists.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise SSFL DC/Stockist routes, ensuring sales representatives comply with execution standards and achieve targets.
• Lead and develop sales teams, focusing on productivity and achieving sales fundamentals and volume targets.
• Update and analyze database performance against key business objectives to develop future action plans.
• Conduct volume forecasting for assigned areas and channels.
• Collaborate with stockists to enhance customer service and execution efficiency.
• Organize, control, and motivate sales representatives to meet sales targets within agreed profit margins and standards.
• Conduct FLSMP work-withs, route controls, 1:1 sessions, and formal weekly meetings.
• Ensure HH Integrity by examining reports and taking necessary actions.
• Monitor market changes through regular visits and communicate fluctuations to the Regional/Sales Manager.
• Ensure proper understanding and implementation of product promotional plans across all routes.
• Manage administrative transactions for the location, including stock, returnable cases, and daily sales invoicing.
• Select, train, develop, and follow up on sales personnel according to FLSMP standards.
• Ensure RSR compliance with OOR through regular follow-up and on-job coaching.
• Manage field performance, including optimized routes, POP materials, stand planning, RSR turnover reports, and code of conduct awareness.
• Develop strong relationships with stockists, key wholesale, and OT customers.
• Ensure proper execution of new product initiatives, merchandising, and operational priorities.
• Achieve key field sales KPIs, including distribution targets, primary and secondary placement execution, and price/promotion strategies.
• Supervise administrative and control agenda within the field, maintaining control over KPIs, monitoring processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting and inventory procedures.
• Report competitive activities to the Regional/Sales Manager.
• Ensure compliance with SSFL Control Agenda and Control Responsibilities, including periodic review of sales documents, validation of sales orders, and review of KPI reports.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree (BA).
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Windows applications.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
