The Opportunity

TCS is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with significant experience in designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

Role Overview

The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining comprehensive solution architectures for Dynamics 365 CRM environments, encompassing both online and on-premise deployments. This role involves leading key stages of the solution lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

Key Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CRM (Online & On-prem).
• Lead requirement gathering and solution design workshops.
• Design integrations using Azure services, APIs, and middleware.
• Review customizations, plugins, workflows, and Power Automate flows.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, governance, and post go-live activities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution architecture and implementation.
