National Senior Project Manager

About the Role

Horizontal Digital is seeking a National Senior Project Manager to lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and requires a Saudi National with 5-10 years of experience in project management. The role involves managing projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and required level of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans, identifying necessary methods and tools.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets while resolving client issues.
• Monitor progress and budget against established plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to offer technical advice and problem resolution.
• Manage project scope by coordinating and responding to change requests.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks to maximize results and minimize negative consequences.
• Work with end users, business technologists, and stakeholders to understand and prioritize business goals, develop system requirements, and refine conceptual designs into technical specifications.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.
