About the Opportunity

Sisco is seeking a dedicated Network Technician to join their client, RR International, in Riyadh. This full-time role is designed for skilled and motivated networking professionals eager to contribute to robust network operations and infrastructure management.

Role Overview

The Network Technician will be responsible for the comprehensive installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various network components. This position requires a strong foundation in CCNA concepts, WLAN technologies, network infrastructure, and computer hardware to ensure seamless network functionality and provide essential technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and WLAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and support routers, switches, wireless access points, and related networking equipment.
• Diagnose network connectivity, latency, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and routing issues.
• Perform hardware installation, replacement, preventive maintenance, and fault diagnosis for network and computer equipment.
• Monitor network availability and resolve connectivity incidents within required service timelines.
• Configure TCP/IP settings, VLANs, basic routing, switching, and wireless network parameters.
• Maintain network diagrams, device configurations, troubleshooting records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with technical teams and users to resolve network and hardware-related problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a networking role.
• Strong knowledge of CCNA concepts.
• Proficiency in WLAN technologies and network infrastructure.
• Demonstrated ability in network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with computer hardware.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a technical team to support and maintain critical network systems and infrastructure.
