NOC Operator

About the Role

Mohammed Mansour Al-Rumaih (MMR KSA) is seeking a NOC Operator to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves monitoring, operating, and supporting all building systems through the Network Operations Center (NOC) system. The NOC Operator ensures the continuous and safe operation of critical environments, including electrical, mechanical, fire/life safety, and digital systems, on a 24/7 shift basis. Candidates should have 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate all building systems via the NOC System, including Fire & Life Safety, Mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, controls), Electrical (lighting, UPS, Rectifier, PDU, generators, primary switchgear), Cabling (data and power), Lighting and temperature control, and Critical environments and digital systems (fire alarm).
• Coordinate with the Main NOC (Mobily) for all related issues using NOC tools such as SMS Portal, VMS, and Remedy System.
• Maintain and secure all NOC-related data, including daily and monthly reports, escalation logs, Preventive Maintenance (PPM) records, share portals, and related software systems.
• Work on a 24/7 shift schedule, ensuring proper handover to the next shift and remaining on duty until the next shift arrives.
• Perform preventive maintenance and continuous monitoring of HVAC, chilled water, refrigeration, air conditioning, electrical, backup, and hot water systems.
• Analyze system operations, identify faults or malfunctions, and take corrective actions when required.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, Property and Project Management teams, and Engineering and technical staff.
• Participate in emergency response and incident management, including responding to incidents, minimizing impact and damages, and ensuring escalation according to the escalation plan.
• Supervise and coordinate contractors working within the building, including tenant-related activities.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in a similar NOC or operations role, with a strong understanding of building systems and critical environment management.
