Operations Manager Women's Garment Factory

About the Role

Jeser Human Capital is seeking an Operations Manager for a women's tailoring factory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the daily operations of a factory specializing in evening dresses and women's fashion, focusing on production, quality, team management, and delivery deadlines. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient factory performance and adherence to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily factory operations from order intake through to final delivery.
• Plan production schedules, allocate work among tailors, and monitor team productivity.
• Establish and enforce quality and finishing standards at all production stages.
• Oversee team management, including attendance, training, performance appraisals, and problem-solving.
• Manage inventory of fabric and other materials, coordinating with suppliers as needed.
• Control operational costs and provide regular reports on production status, quality metrics, and adherence to deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in managing operations within a women's tailoring workshop or factory.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a multinational team.
• Proven ability to perform under delivery pressure and meet production targets.
• Performance will be assessed based on on-time delivery rates, defect and return rates, team productivity, and cost per piece.

Work Environment and Benefits

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The work schedule is a five-day week, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from SAR 6,000 to 8,000 per month, commensurate with experience. Saudi residency (iqama) and health insurance are provided.
