About the OT Cybersecurity Solutions Manager Role

alfanar is seeking an experienced OT Cybersecurity Solutions Manager to lead the development, positioning, and delivery of Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity systems and solutions. This full-time role, based in Riyadh, requires a strategic leader with over 10 years of experience to ensure technically sound, competitive, and scalable offerings.

Key Responsibilities and Oversight

The OT Cybersecurity Solutions Manager will oversee critical areas to ensure the success of OT cybersecurity initiatives. This includes:

• Technical Development Oversight: Guiding technical development activities, reviewing and approving proof-of-concepts and solution designs, ensuring customized solutions meet project requirements, and leading vendor evaluation and technology selection.
• Pre-Sales and Proposal Support: Overseeing technical inputs for RFPs and proposals, ensuring technical compliance and accuracy, supporting customer engagements, and reviewing solution scope and technical risks during bidding.
• Engineering and Project Integration: Managing site surveys and technical risk assessments, ensuring smooth transitions from pre-sales to project execution, coordinating with project teams for system integration, and resolving complex technical implementation issues.
• Vendor and Technology Management: Building and managing relationships with OT cybersecurity vendors and technology partners, approving cybersecurity tools and platforms, and ensuring vendor solutions align with customer and project needs.

Leadership and Capability Development

This role involves leading and developing the OT cybersecurity technical, engineering, and pre-sales teams. Key aspects include defining technical competency requirements, identifying skill development needs, and fostering collaboration across functional areas. The manager is also responsible for cultivating high performers, addressing underperformance, and ensuring equitable treatment of subordinates based on performance and planned results. Ensuring the availability of a delegation of authority matrix is also a key responsibility.

Operational Accountability and Business Acumen

The successful candidate will take full responsibility for their operational area, adhering to job descriptions and company guidelines.
