About the Role

Nahdi Medical Co. is seeking an Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) Registrar to join their medical team in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for medical professionals with 0-1 years of experience, offering an opportunity to contribute to patient care within Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC). The Registrar will undertake a comprehensive range of clinical and operational duties, upholding high standards of medical practice and patient well-being.

Key Clinical Responsibilities

  • Assess patients thoroughly and document all findings accurately.
  • Design and execute individualized patient care plans.
  • Educate patients on their health conditions, required investigations, treatment options, and proper medication use.
  • Provide patient education focused on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Order and meticulously review results from patient investigations.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications for patients.
  • Fulfill all obligations related to maintaining accurate and complete patient records.
  • Perform specific medical privileges based on documented training, experience, skills, and the guidelines set by the Saudi Health Council.
  • Undertake additional tasks as determined by specialty requirements and Clinical Privileges.

Operational and Compliance Duties

  • Adhere strictly to all Nahdi Care Clinics (NCC) Policies and Procedures (P&P), Bylaws Strategic Plan, and Rules & Regulations.
  • Comply with the mission, vision, goals, and practice guidelines established by NCC.
  • Actively participate in all assigned NCC Committees and Task Forces.
  • Ensure adherence to CBAHI standards of care.
  • Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with other NCC departments, local agencies, vendors, patients, their families, and other interested parties.
  • Complete all mandatory fire safety requirements.
  • Comply with clinical and departmental structure standards, including attendance policies.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement and program evaluation activities, observing measures to ensure Clinical, MOH, and CBAHI quality Standards and Regulations are consistently met.

Professional Development and Standards

  • Maintain an evidence-based approach in all clinical practices.
  • Integrate population factors such as heritage, environment, and disease prevalence into patient care plans.
  • Participate in the continuous professional development of all junior staff members.
  • Develop, participate in, and support active Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs for the assigned Section, Department, or Clinical area, as directed by the chairman. This may include rounds, conferences, lectures, journal clubs, and other educational activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Must possess a valid SCFHS License, licensed as a Registrar in the related specialty from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.

Work Environment Details

The role is based entirely indoors (100%). The work schedule consists of 6 working days per week, with 1 day off. Daily working hours are 8 net hours, structured according to a shift schedule approved by the head of the department.
