About the Role

HireAlpha is seeking a Pega Business Analyst to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for an experienced professional with a strong background in Pega systems and commercial banking.

Role Overview

The Senior Pega Business Analyst (LBA) will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and Pega technology solutions. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful implementation of Pega-based projects, particularly within the commercial banking sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting strong requirement gathering and business analysis.
• Performing process mapping to optimize business workflows.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and Pega Architects.
• Engaging in customer-facing activities and communicating effectively.
• Working on UI/UX-rich projects to enhance user experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in Commercial Lending / Loan Origination.
• Proficiency with Pega , Case Management, and DCO.
• Strong commercial banking domain knowledge is preferred.
• PCBA certification is highly preferred.
• Experience in Middle East banking or with SAMA regulations is an advantage.
• Exposure to AI use-case implementations is an additional advantage.
