About the Role

A Leading Global Business School is seeking a freelance Education Photographer for a specialized two-day, on-site project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role supports the institution's refined brand identity, focusing on capturing the dynamic energy and diversity of its executive education programs.

Role Objective

The primary objective is to produce authentic, reportage-style photography that highlights transformational moments and the real-world impact of the learning experience. The imagery should place the viewer at the heart of the educational journey, moving beyond traditional classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Capture meaningful, candid moments of breakthrough insights and experiential learning from a participant's perspective.
• Utilize natural light to produce warm, inclusive, and authentic imagery that avoids an overly posed or staged appearance.
• Showcase a vibrant mix of gender, ethnicity, and nationality to accurately represent the global nature of the community.
• Collaborate with the marketing manager to ensure appropriate cultural attire and diverse representation are thoughtfully captured, particularly in specific classroom settings.
• Mix wide environmental architectural shots with tighter interaction moments to convey emotion, energy, and connection.
• Deliver a high-quality portfolio of dynamic images optimized for multiple formats, including digital display banners, web assets, and full-bleed print materials.

Audience Focus

The photography will feature an audience composed of experienced professionals, mid-career leaders, and senior executives. It is essential that the resulting imagery reflects a mature, professional cohort and highlights the rich cultural and gender diversity of the international community.
