The Role of Procurement Associate

Mnzil is seeking a Procurement Associate to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for preparing housing units for clients, focusing on cost savings for furniture and building supplies. The Procurement Associate will be responsible for on-the-ground sourcing to identify optimal prices, quality, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source furniture and building supplies to achieve the best balance of price and quality.
• Conduct in-person visits to suppliers and markets, including Haraj Ibn Qasim, to compare offers and negotiate terms.
• Develop and maintain a reliable network of suppliers.
• Coordinate purchases and deliveries effectively with the Operations and Project Delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate records of all quotes, purchases, and documented savings.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of relevant experience.
• Ability to conduct market research and supplier evaluations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Organizational skills for record-keeping and coordination.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires active engagement in the local market to fulfill procurement objectives.
