The Role of Procurement Engineer

SITE TECHNOLOGY is seeking a Procurement Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing the complete procurement cycle. The role involves ensuring timely delivery of materials within budget and in line with project specifications, working collaboratively with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle for materials and services.
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs).
• Evaluate supplier proposals for technical and commercial compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, and finance teams to ensure timely material delivery within budget and project specifications.
• Issue and track purchase orders.
• Maintain comprehensive procurement documentation.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality issues.
• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives.
• Support vendor development efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Procurement Engineer will work within a professional environment, collaborating with various departments to achieve project objectives.
