About CleanLife

CleanLife is seeking a Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for managing procurement activities and ensuring the efficient availability of materials and operational supplies.

Role Overview

The Procurement & Inventory Specialist will be responsible for executing procurement activities to ensure the timely availability of materials and operational supplies. This includes maintaining optimal quality and cost, in alignment with company policies and operational needs. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and review purchase requests from various departments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and perform price comparisons to achieve the best value.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with warehouses to ensure proper receipt of materials according to specifications and quantities.
  • Follow up on invoices and procurement-related financial documentation.
  • Maintain and update the supplier database and prepare periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure adherence to approved procurement budgets.
  • Resolve supply delays or issues in coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to improving procurement processes and reducing operational costs.
  • Manage supplier relationships and lead negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms.
  • Handle import procedures and coordinate customs clearance processes.
  • Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure material availability in line with operational needs.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management.
  • Good knowledge of purchasing processes, contracts, and invoicing.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and stock control systems.
  • Hands-on experience in dealing with suppliers, import procedures, and customs clearance.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Required Skills

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
