Huspy's mission is to transform real estate with a super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers, aiming to become a leader in the EMEA region. The team comprises professionals from companies such as Revolut, Uber, Bolt, and Spotify.

The Role of Product Designer

Huspy is seeking a Product Designer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The Product Designer will play a key role in shaping the user experience of Huspy's products from inception to implementation. This involves taking full ownership of design, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously refining features based on user feedback and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end user experience, from ideation to final implementation, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive product.
Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and Product Managers to ensure accurate design implementation and address challenges during development.
Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and contextual studies to inform design decisions and create user-centered solutions.
Focus on delivering valuable features by maintaining a feature-ship mindset, releasing high-impact features efficiently to maximize user value.
Measure the impact of designs post-launch through user feedback and analytics, proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.
Align design decisions with business goals, measure their impact, and clearly communicate the value delivered.

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of proven experience in product design.
Experience designing for web, apps, e-commerce, dashboards, and both B2B and B2C products.
A strong portfolio demonstrating design expertise and successful project launches is essential. Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
