The Project Lead Role

United Closets is seeking a Project Lead to oversee the end-to-end management of business-to-business (B2B) furniture and storage projects. This full-time, on-site position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is critical for ensuring successful project delivery for key client accounts. The role involves leading project planning, coordinating designs and technical specifications with internal teams, and managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end management of B2B furniture and storage projects.
• Lead project planning initiatives, including scope definition and resource allocation.
• Coordinate designs and technical specifications effectively with internal design and production teams.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards for key client accounts.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate, governmental, and hospitality clients.
• Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate project terms.
• Ensure smooth project execution from initial concept development through installation and final handover.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Collaboration and Business Growth

• Collaborate closely with sales, design, production, and installation teams to deliver projects on schedule and within scope.
• Identify new project opportunities and actively contribute to bids and tenders.
• Continuously improve project processes and methodologies to support overall business growth and efficiency.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, ideally within the furniture, interior fit-out, or construction industry, with a focus on B2B projects.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects, budgets, and timelines effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular interaction with various internal departments and external clients, necessitating a proactive and collaborative approach to project delivery.
