Project Manager Role at Razin Furniture Co.

Razin Furniture Co. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end joinery and furniture projects. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is suitable for professionals with 0-1 years of experience in project management.

Role Purpose and Scope

The Project Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of joinery and furniture projects, ensuring adherence to project documents, site requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This role involves critical coordination between internal departments and external parties, focusing on efficient project delivery and cost-saving initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and validate the scope of works in accordance with all project documents, site conditions, and stakeholders’ requirements.
Structure and maintain the project schedule, identifying milestones in line with contract dates and requirements from technical, material, procurement, and production departments.
Ensure alignment of all activities and feedback received from stakeholders with the original contractual documents and obligations.
Manage and report changes or deviations from the original contract scope throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Act as the single point of contact (POC) between internal and external stakeholders.
Apply in-depth knowledge in joinery works, including technical aspects, fabrication, and installation, with a focus on cost saving.
Lead the project team, align activities, ensure fluid workflow, and maintain resilience throughout all project phases.
Ensure technical drawings and fabrication are accurate, in line with site measurements, and follow unified item measurements for the mass production process.
Support in developing technical and fabrication solutions in response to site conditions.
Manage site activities, including daily site presence, multidiscipline coordination, verifying site measurements, managing site team/installers progress, documenting installed items status and handover reporting, attending weekly progress meetings with the Client, daily/weekly/monthly progress reporting, site storage, bookkeeping of delivered containers/items to site, and site stock logistics.
Distribute, print, and provide final approved shop drawings and key plans to distributors, ensuring information is clearly present on site, particularly during the installation phase.
Actively report incidents to management, including proposing efficient solutions.
Actively close pending items with all stakeholders to ensure compliance with the project schedule.
Initiate, validate, and track project progress invoicing in accordance with the Finance department/Client and the project’s monthly petty cash internal invoicing.
Prepare and present weekly reports to management and stakeholders.
Ensure excellent project tracking and follow-up.
Manage the project closeout process until obtaining the TOC.
Support in identifying centralized housing locations for the project team in projects outside Riyadh city.
