Project Manager Agility Logistics Services

About the Role

Agility is seeking a Project Manager, Agility Logistics Services, to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as a central point for Agility's operations in KSA, focusing on tracking, managing, and accelerating opportunities across the company's global portfolio. The Project Manager will bridge the gap between high-level government engagements and operational execution.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is to maintain a single source of truth for the project pipeline, manage complex stakeholder relationships within the Saudi ecosystem, and provide leadership with data-driven insights essential for critical decision-making. The role ensures that all regional projects are aligned with strategic objectives and executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the KSA Opportunity Tracker using Power BI or Excel, monitoring the status, ownership, timelines, and dependencies for all regional projects.
• Track engagements with key KSA entities, documenting next actions and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Prepare monthly leadership updates and visual dashboards to translate complex data into actionable insights for the executive team.
• Follow up directly with Operating Companies (OpCos) to ensure meeting actions and deadlines are met, acting as the primary enforcer of project timelines.
• Proactively identify and flag potential delays, resource bottlenecks, or strategic risks before they impact project delivery.
• Ensure seamless continuity of project data and strategic relationships during priority shifts or team transitions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools such as Power BI or Excel.
