About the Role

Applus+ is seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute strategic projects. This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is offered on a contract basis. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Role Context

The ideal candidate will come from an Inspection/TIC background and possess strong capabilities in leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and crisis management. This position requires a professional who can effectively lead cross-functional teams and adapt project priorities to meet operational and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure project quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and management teams.
Resolve conflicts and manage challenges in high-pressure environments.
Adapt project priorities based on operational and business requirements.
Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within an Inspection/TIC background.
A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities.
Proficiency in stakeholder management, budgeting, and crisis management.

Work Environment

This is a contract position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working in dynamic environments, requiring the ability to manage challenges effectively and adapt to evolving project priorities.
