The Role of QAQC Manager

Turner & Townsend is seeking a QAQC Manager - Saudi National to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 0-1 years of experience and involves overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control across multiple projects within a programme. The manager will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met throughout the entire project lifecycle, from early-stage development and pre-construction through to construction and handover to operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Quality Assurance and Quality Controls for multiple projects at various stages of the project life cycle.
• Coordinate the project team, including external consultants, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure continuous quality reporting and provide project status updates to senior management.
• Facilitate internal communication, cooperation, and coordination among project staff and with interfacing parties.
• Organize and conduct efficient and regular project Quality meetings, maintaining accurate records including minutes and agreed actions.
• Support tendering processes for small works packages in collaboration with the Procurement team.
• Assist in incorporating inputs from the technical design team to finalize project designs.
• Utilize internal tools for project tracking, safety management, contract administration, and risk management.

Quality Management Framework

The QAQC Manager will be instrumental in establishing and maintaining robust quality frameworks. This includes planning and developing Quality Control processes and procedures to comply with customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements. The role involves ensuring the project's Quality policy is effectively communicated and understood by all company staff. Furthermore, the manager will identify and mitigate conditions that could adversely affect Quality performance and is authorized to initiate remedial actions to prevent the recurrence of non-compliance with established quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in the development and delivery of projects within complex environments.
• Demonstrated experience in conceiving and introducing innovative ideas, solutions, or new operational methods, including managing business and organizational change.
