We are seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Overview

The Quality Assurance Tester will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and quality of our software solutions. This position involves rigorous testing of web applications, interactive dashboards, backend services, and AI-driven alerts to maintain high standards of performance and accuracy. The primary goal is to deliver bug-free products and a seamless user experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and document comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and test cases based on product requirements and customer needs.
• Execute manual and automated tests for web applications and interactive dashboards to ensure functionality and user experience.
• Review and verify the accuracy of AI-driven alerts, such as queue detection, cleanliness, and uniform compliance, to ensure logical consistency and minimize false positives.
• Test backend services and APIs to ensure accurate, real-time data flow from cameras and sensors.
• Identify, record, and document software bugs using project management tools like Jira or Trello, tracking them with the development team until resolution.
• Perform thorough regression testing after updates or new feature releases to verify that changes do not negatively affect existing functionalities.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field. This position is suitable for individuals starting their career in QA or with limited prior experience.
