Bonyan Construction is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on ensuring project quality and adherence to specifications across all construction phases.

Role Overview

The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring that critical milestones are met and financial efficiency is maintained without compromising quality. This role involves acting as a key liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams to foster collaboration and ensure project goals are achieved with precision and transparency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project timelines, scope, and budget to ensure completion milestones and target budgets are achieved.
• Organize and direct project activities in collaboration with the project team.
• Study project specifications to determine and implement optimal construction methods.
• Oversee contracts, negotiate revisions, and manage communication with architects, consultants, employers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Attend and manage project progress meetings, liaising with all key stakeholders including developers, consultants, vendors, and team members.
