About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Recreation Supervisor to oversee daily recreation operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising recreation services, leading a team, and ensuring a high standard of guest experience within the hotel's recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise recreation operations, including services, activities, and programming for the pool, fitness center, and related food & beverage areas.
Lead the recreation team by training, scheduling, and supervising team members.
Oversee the setup of recreation areas, including chairs, cabanas, towel service, and personalized poolside amenities. Manage furniture setup for special events.
Monitor service quality, engage with guests to assess satisfaction, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory and supplies for linen, amenities, and food & beverage to maintain proper stock levels and minimize loss.
Uphold regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations for guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated ability to supervise operations and lead a team in a hospitality or recreation setting.
Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a hotel environment, overseeing recreation facilities and services.
