Regional Retail Manager

About the Role

Entertainment Gears is seeking an experienced Regional Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of a large-scale Brand Ambassadors project. This contract role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing operations across multiple locations including Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, field-focused position that requires strong experience in retail operations, frontline team management, and multi-location execution. The Regional Retail Manager will be responsible for operational performance within assigned regions, leading Coordinators and Promoters, and ensuring high execution standards. The role serves as a key liaison between the client, field teams, recruitment, and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Brand Ambassador operations across multiple locations.
• Lead and support Retail and Project Coordinators.
• Oversee promoter attendance, scheduling, deployment, and performance.
• Conduct regular field visits and provide on-the-ground coaching to teams.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), productivity, customer experience, and location performance.
• Manage underperformance, replacements, and address manpower gaps.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and deployment processes.
• Coordinate product and campaign training initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication and operational reporting with the client.
• Resolve field issues and escalations promptly and effectively.
• Support activations, launches, campaigns, and peak operational periods.
• Continuously work to improve productivity, execution quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in retail operations, frontline team management, or brand ambassador operations.
• Demonstrated experience in multi-location execution.
• Willingness to travel regularly between assigned locations in Riyadh, Dammam, and Jeddah.

Required Attributes

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with a hands-on approach to operations, including frequent site visits, direct team engagement, early identification of operational gaps, and proactive performance coaching. This role requires an individual who can quickly address issues as they arise.
