About Hi-Road Food Technology and the Role
Hi-Road Food Technology is seeking a Regional Sales Manager (Middle East) to lead market development and sales efforts across the Middle East region. While the position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, candidates from any country within the Middle East are encouraged to apply. This full-time role is central to achieving sales targets for the Hiroad Overseas Business Unit.
Role Overview and Objectives
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive development and maintenance of the Middle East market. This includes managing relationships with dealers and customers, ensuring brand presence, and driving sales performance. The primary objective is to meet and exceed sales targets set for the Hiroad Overseas Business Unit within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional market growth by identifying and selecting distributors and partners, conducting negotiations, and finalizing contracts.
- Implement marketing strategies, organize brand promotion activities, and manage public relations events across the region.
- Manage relationships with distributors and customers, proposing improvements and optimizing company processes, products, and service activities.
- Provide essential training support to distributors and customers.
- Collect and analyze information on competitors and relevant market dynamics within the region.
- Establish and manage distributor and customer archives, and evaluate the performance of various agents.
- Collaborate with other company departments to handle related business operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales or market development, preferably within the food technology or bakery sector. The ideal candidate will also meet the following criteria:
- Basic knowledge of baking products, or direct experience in bakery operation and production.
- Ability to manage stress effectively and willingness to travel frequently across the region.
- Proficiency in using OFFICE software for daily tasks and reporting.
Work Type and Location
This is a full-time position focused on the Middle East market. While the primary base is Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the role involves extensive travel throughout the region. The company is open to candidates residing in any country within the Middle East region.
