About alfanar and the Role

alfanar is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position focused on direct customer interaction within the showroom sales process, playing a key role in achieving sales objectives.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to engage directly with customers throughout all phases of the showroom sales journey. The Sales Representative is responsible for fostering strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets in alignment with the company's strategic plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and interact with customers in the showroom.
• Understand customer needs and deliver product presentations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Ensure proper follow-up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Showcase showroom products and promote new offerings to customers.
• Support in preparing quotations based on customer needs and specifications.
• Follow up with customers until deal closure.
• Assist in payment processing, carry out invoicing procedures, and follow up on delivery processes.
• Achieve the annual sales target.

Coordination and Collaboration

• Interact and coordinate with internal departments, such as brand management and logistics, as required.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure work is achieved efficiently.
• Maintain effective communication with peers and managers, demonstrating openness to direction and feedback.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Sales Representative position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires individuals who can execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules, utilizing resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
