About the Sales Account Manager Role

Fama Technologies is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence. The role involves leading sales efforts, managing key client relationships, overseeing the sales team, and implementing strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and expand the company’s customer base. Candidates should have 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire sales cycle, from qualifying customer needs to negotiation and contract finalization.
  • Consistently achieve defined monthly sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with clients and business partners to drive company revenue.
  • Learn and demonstrate the organization's product and service offerings to potential customers.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Respond to offering company IT solutions and present appropriate solutions.

Product Focus and Market Insight

  • Drive sales of drive-thru, digital signage, POS, and self-ordering kiosk solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in drive-thru technologies and digital signage solutions.
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • 0-1 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Perfect written English.
  • Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or a transferable Iqama.
  • Mandatory driving license.
