About the Role

Scale Art For Contracting is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position where the Sales Engineer will play a key role in engaging with clients, understanding their technical needs, and providing suitable solutions throughout the sales process.

Role Context

The Sales Engineer will work directly with clients, from initial inquiry to closing, ensuring that technical requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively. This role involves both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, contributing to customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive technical proposals tailored to client needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase solution capabilities.
• Respond to technical questions and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
• Maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Provide post-sale technical support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Gather client feedback to inform product improvements and identify new business opportunities.
• Document all sales and client activities accurately in CRM systems.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
• Contribute to sales forecasts and reporting processes.
