SALES MANAGER REAL ESTATE

About the Role

Jobskey Search and Selection is seeking a Sales Manager Real Estate for a prominent real estate development client in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading sales efforts for residential and corporate properties, contributing to revenue targets, and managing a sales team.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. This includes overseeing both B2C and B2B sales, driving residential sales to individual buyers and investors, and identifying opportunities for corporate, institutional, and bulk sales. The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the B2C and B2B sales team, ensuring performance and development.
• Drive residential sales to individual buyers and investors.
• Identify and develop corporate, institutional, and bulk sales opportunities.
• Cultivate strong relationships with brokers, banks, and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations and manage deals from initiation through contract finalization and handover.
• Monitor the sales pipeline, CRM activities, conversion rates, and revenue collection.
• Coach the sales team to ensure the achievement of individual and team targets.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven track record of successfully closing residential sales and corporate or institutional deals.
• Knowledge of real estate regulations and platforms including REGA, FAL, Wafi, Ejar, and Sakani.
• Valid Saudi driving license.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working with a leading real estate development client.
