GCC Olayan is seeking a Sales Officer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to achieving sales objectives and fostering strong customer relationships within the assigned region.

Role Purpose

The Sales Officer is responsible for achieving personal sales targets, which contribute to the department's overall goals. This role involves supervising the sales team, actively engaging with current and future customers, and ensuring their requirements are fulfilled with a high degree of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on the planning and development of sales strategies to expand the customer base and establish sales goals for the branch.
• Supervise the activities of the sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Assist the Sales Manager in providing technical support to sales engineers and the Service Team.
• Follow up with the sales team regarding customer visits and support them in addressing customer complaints.
• Regularly follow up with customers to build, develop, and maintain satisfaction through scheduled visits and telephone calls.
• Cooperate with the Aftersales Division to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work towards increasing the market share within the assigned region.

Reporting and Market Analysis

• Prepare comprehensive monthly Sales Reports for all divisions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and identify opportunities.
• Report sales activities to the direct manager in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Officer position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales, demonstrating a proven track record in achieving targets and managing customer relationships.

This is a full-time role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The position requires active engagement with customers and internal teams within the specified region, contributing to a dynamic sales environment.
