About Whizz HR and the Role

Whizz HR is seeking a Sales Specialist Software to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving sales growth for cutting-edge software solutions across the GCC market. The specialist will be responsible for B2B business development, forging strategic connections, and integrating insights on ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives into sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and market penetration for software solutions in the UAE and GCC region.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders at C-suite and senior management levels to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners to ensure repeat business and expand market share.
  • Leverage understanding of the UAE market to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations, including integrating ESG factors when relevant.
  • Sell and promote software solutions across various industries, identifying client pain points and proposing suitable solutions.
  • Lead sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation and closing, ensuring timely follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to stay updated with the latest software offerings and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and seminars to generate new leads, establish key connections, and represent the company.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proof of concepts to potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, customer needs, and competitor movements.
  • Provide consultative support throughout the sales process, ensuring solutions are customized to each client's business model and aligned with their ESG goals.
  • Mentor junior team members and help them develop skills in relationship-building, software sales, and market development.

Required Experience

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of proven success in selling software solutions to businesses of all sizes, particularly within the UAE and GCC market.
  • Expert understanding of the UAE market, including industry dynamics, business culture, and regional challenges.
  • Strong experience in networking and building connections with decision-makers across various sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of the software sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements and overcome sales objections.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team, contributing to company-wide goals.

Work Environment and Additional Requirements

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a focus on the broader GCC market. A valid UAE driving license is preferred to facilitate client meetings and business travel across the region.
