About the Role

alfanar is seeking a Sales Support professional to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is essential for providing operational and field assistance to the sales department, ensuring efficient sales processes and high customer satisfaction. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to under-construction or finishing sites to introduce alfanar’s product range to potential customers.
• Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with targeted groups, including end users, electricians, and contractors, to support team objectives.
• Follow up on all assigned sites from foundation to finishing stages, ensuring consistent engagement and progress.
• Manage the sales process in alignment with company strategy and the specific needs of target customers.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure all aspects of the sales process are fulfilled, particularly for distributors.
• Visit assigned locations as determined by the studies department to meet objectives set by the line manager.
• Distribute promotional materials effectively to raise awareness of alfanar’s products and services, contributing to community-level advertising.
• Gather specific information during field visits regarding company products, competitors, and the number of construction sites.
• Coordinate effectively with the project sales team to ensure the success of the sales process, especially when the target customer falls within the project sales scope.

General Accountabilities

• Maintain and update soft and technical skills relevant to the job, with a clear career path vision and plan.
• Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to schedules, utilizing resources effectively within cost and time constraints.
• Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues as needed.
• Ensure quality requirements are met to develop effective quality control and processes, including specifications for products, processes, or related activities.
• Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities where possible for business process improvements.
• Comply with all related policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales support or related field.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves both office-based coordination and regular field visits to construction sites.
