About the Role

TAT IT Technolgies is seeking an SAP Ariba L Consultant for a contract position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Ariba solutions across complex procurement transformation programs.

Role Summary

The SAP Ariba L Consultant will serve as a functional lead, taking ownership of solution delivery with a strong focus on Sourcing, Commerce Automation (Buying & Invoicing), and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP). The position requires deep functional expertise and effective stakeholder management to translate business requirements into scalable Ariba solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Ariba Sourcing & Contract Management, including designing and configuring RFx (RFI, RFP, RFQ), Auctions (English, Dutch, Japanese), and Award scenarios.
• Define sourcing templates, approval workflows, and governance models, ensuring integration with downstream buying and contract processes.
• Lead Ariba Buying & Invoicing (B&I) implementation and enhancements, configuring Requisition-to-Order (PR-PO), Catalogs (Static, Punch-out, CIF), and Invoice automation (2-way, 3-way matching).
• Enable guided buying and user experience improvements, integrating Ariba with SAP S/4HANA or ECC to optimize procurement operations.
• Design and implement Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) processes, covering supplier registration, onboarding, qualification, segmentation, and performance scorecards.
• Configure supplier questionnaires, risk assessments, and approvals, enabling supplier collaboration and compliance tracking, and integrating SLP with sourcing and buying modules.
• Act as a functional lead for Ariba workstreams, conducting workshops, solution design sessions, and demos.
• Review functional specifications and configuration quality, mentor L1/L2 consultants, and coordinate with technical, integration, and SAP Basis teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of strong experience in SAP Ariba.
• Extensive hands-on expertise in Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP).
• Proven experience integrating Ariba with SAP ECC / S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and P2P processes.
• Experience with multi-country, multi-currency deployments.
• Demonstrated strong stakeholder and client-facing skills.
• Experience within the manufacturing domain is mandatory, with a preference for steel/mill production.
• Strong experience with SAP S4/HANA Private Cloud & Fiori Launchpad and applications.

Contract Details

This is a contract position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Salary details will be discussed during the interview process.
