About the Role

حصيف لتنظيم المعارض والمؤتمرات is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on driving business growth by identifying new opportunities across various event formats. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to lead and develop business growth opportunities. This involves identifying potential clients, strategic partnerships, sponsorships, projects, and new revenue streams within exhibitions, conferences, events, and related business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across exhibitions, conferences, events, activations, and corporate projects.
Develop and maintain a strong business development pipeline aligned with company objectives.
Research and identify potential clients, partners, sponsors, government entities, and strategic accounts.
Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, market trends, and potential business segments.
Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and revenue opportunities.
Generate leads through networking, industry events, referrals, direct outreach, and professional platforms.
Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities and signed contracts.
Support the development and achievement of annual business development and revenue targets.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably within the exhibitions, conferences, or events industry. A proven track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities is essential.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a team focused on expanding the company's market presence and achieving revenue goals.
