About the Role

YASH Technologies Middle East is seeking a Senior Change Management Consultant, also known as an Organizational Change Manager (OCM), for an immediate and priority requirement. This full-time, onsite position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves leading critical change initiatives within a significant SAP transformation program.

Role Context and Engagement

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth adoption and successful implementation of an ongoing SAP transformation. This engagement is initially for a duration of six months, with a preference for immediate mobilization to support the project's critical timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all organizational change management activities throughout the SAP transformation program.
• Develop and execute comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Formulate and implement effective communication plans to support program objectives.
• Provide robust adoption support to ensure users embrace new processes and systems effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Senior Change Management Consultant role should possess a strong background in organizational change management, specifically within large-scale technology transformation projects. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and deliver successful change initiatives.
