This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province.

The Compliance Function at Unifonic

The Compliance team at Unifonic is responsible for managing and enhancing the company's overall Compliance function. The team focuses on all Compliance affairs to anticipate potential issues and develop proactive, practical solutions that support the business operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the organization maintains an engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
• Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
• Maintain and coordinate open communication with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communications and their impact.
• Organize regular training sessions for employees to communicate key regulatory changes and updates efficiently.
• Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Research industry Compliance regulations and policies.
• Evaluate internal operational and procedural Compliance.
• Maintain internal regulatory Compliance through communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
• Apply for Compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
• Develop and maintain a Compliance recordkeeping system.
• Maintain communication with Compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
• Stay updated with Compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
• Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements.
• Maintain a Compliance communication register and documentation.
• Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory Compliance audit discoveries and Compliance violations.
• Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, and compile gaps and action plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a compliance analyst or specialist within an enterprise-level organization.
• Higher Education/Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Management field.
• Strong experience in both reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
• Experience with international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
• Compliance management or project management certification is a plus.

• Ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholders’ needs and expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.
• Diligent attention to detail and advanced analytical abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, with excellent writing/editing and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a dedicated Compliance team focused on maintaining regulatory adherence and supporting business operations.
